  • Grains:
    1/2 lb Dingmans Caramel Pils
    1/2 lb Belgian Special Roast
    1/2 lb Dingmans Pale Ale

  • Extract:
    9 lbs Gold Malt Syrup
    1/2 lb Dark DME

  • Additional Ingredients:
    1 lb Belgian Candi Sugar
    1/2 lb Light Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • Hops:
    1 oz Northern Brewer (at Boil)
    1 oz Cascade (B+40)
    1 oz Saaz (B+55)
    1 oz Cascade (B+59)

  • Yeast:
    1 Wyeast #3787 - Trappist High Gravity

    Fermentation Schedule:
    Brewed and primary - Mid-July 2004
    Secondary and Bottled - Late July 2004

    I cannot stand people who have the 'Truth' fish eating the Darwin frog on their cars. So, I fought back by having the whole mess swallowed up by the Universe's undeniable higher power, Pac Man.
