    1 lb Crystal 40 L
    8 oz Black Roasted
    6 oz Black Patent
    6 oz Chocolate

  • Extract:
    12 lbs Ultralight Malt
    8 oz Maltodextrin
    8 oz Dark DME

  • Additional Ingredients:
    8 oz Semi-Sweet Bakers Chocolate
    24 oz Pre-brewed Folgers Hazelnut Coffee
    1 clarifier tablet (B+40)

  • Hops:
    2 oz Magnum (at Boil)
    2 oz Cascade (B+55)

  • Yeast:
    1 WhiteLabs High Gravity
    1 Coopers Dry

    Fermentation Schedule:
    Brewed and Primary - 05/26/05
    Secondary - 06/10/05
    Bottled - 06/19/05


    Label Notes:
    Tethys is the third in the moons of Saturn Imperial Stout family. Tethys was discovered by Cassini in 1684 and is composed mainly of water ice. It is very similar to Dione, the namesake of the previous Imperial Stout.
