Recipe for Monday Morning Stout

E.S.B. - Medfield

  • Grains:
    1 lb Black Roasted
    1/2 lb Munich

  • Extract:
    8 lbs Ultralight Syrup
    4 oz Maltodextrin

  • Additional Ingredients:
    1/2 cup Espresso Clarifying Tablet

  • Hops:
    1 oz Northren Brewer (at Boil)
    1 oz Kent Goldings (B+59)

  • Yeast:
    1 White Labs English Ale

    Fermentation Schedule:
    May 2004-ish


    Label Notes:
    This was not very creative, I just thought the concept of a stout to be drank in the morning was amusing. It is supposed to be like a page from a calendar, but it was made before I installed a pirated Romanian version of Photoshop, hence the lameness.
