  • Extract:
    9 lbs Ultralight Malt Syrup

  • Additional Ingredients:
    Clarifier Tablet

  • Hops:
    2 oz Magnum (at Boil)
    2 oz Cascade (B+50)
    2 oz Cascade (B+59)

  • Yeast:
    1 White Labs American Ale

    Fermentation Schedule:
    Brewed and primary - Late June 2004
    Secondary and Bottled - Early/Mid July 2004


    Label Notes:
    Just a cheesy play on India Pale Ale. The Indiana name is surrounded by all things Hoosier. A map of the state, a race car (Indy 500), a basketball (that Hoosiers movie from the 80s), and the state seal are all present.
