Recipe for Diabolical Maple Porter

E.S.B. - Medfield

  • Grains:
    1/2 lb Crystal 40L
    1/2 lb Flaked Barley
    1/2 lb Chocolate Malt
    2 oz Roasted Barley

  • Extract:
    4 lbs Dark Malt Syrup

  • Additional Ingredients:
    3 lbs Maple Syrup

  • Hops:
    1 oz Northern Brewer (at Boil)
    1 oz Cascade (B+40)

  • Yeast:
    1 Munton's Dry

    Fermentation Schedule:
    March 2004 -ish

    What is uncool about the Diabolical Biz Markee? Absolutely nothing. This was my first solo attempt and my entry for the first Stainless Chef. It could have been better, but not too bad.
