    1 lb Crisp Roasted Barley

    6lbs Gold Malt Syrup
    1 cup Dark DME

  • Additional Ingredients:
    8 shots of Espresso (B+59)
    1/4 cup of Espresso Beans (B+40)

  • Hops:
    1 oz Kent Goldings (at Boil)
    1 oz Kent Goldings (B+40)

  • Yeast:
    1 Wyeast Irish Ale
    1 Munton's Dry

    Fermentation Schedule:
    Brewed and Primary - 02/20/05
    Bottled - 03/05/05
